Re: Newbie Question - Finding miles used with ReX !

I heard back from BMW Canada with the reply "Remote Cockpit will not be available in Canada until next year".

Re: Newbie Question - Finding miles used with ReX !

What’s the web connected drive URL that you’re using to see these “hidden” stats? What's available may depend a lot on which country you're in. That information is from the US website http://www.bmwusa.com , then, you log into your connected drive account (which differs country to country - it's no...

Re: Has anyone worked out what the cup holder insert is for?

My used 2014 BEV didn't come with any of these inserts. From what I can tell there are two; one looks like a proper ashtray (with lid) and the other is what some of you are describing as a key & coin holder. I'd like to get the latter, but does anyone know if the key holder insert fits directly ...

Re: What winter tires??

If you want winter tires for the i3, there are only two sold in the USA, the OEM Bridgestones and the Nokian Hakkapolita R3. OF the two, I think the R3 is probably a better tire. Note, they are only available in 19" and the narrower style used on the base i3 (not the staggered set - the same a...

Well that would be quite unfortunate!! :( Thanks for the info.

Re: New i3s (with pics) now what winter wheels/tires?

I just got that set. My dealer said the black set was the same price as the silver set? I’m in Canada so maybe pricing is different. I will post pics once they are on the car. They seem to stick out a bit compared to the 430s? Could just be a visual thing. ;) http://i65.tinypic.com/5cn4ut.jpg

Re: anyone import a US i3 into Canada

Today I mounted the BMW M&S winter complete wheel set # 3611 2 455 050. The label on each tire also says “RDCi i3s” so I’m assuming it’s the package released for i3s models? Anyway, it fits, runs well and looks slick imo. It has the metal valve stems which it should being RDC however the tempera...
