I have 13K miles and for the first time i got a CEL. My rather basic code reader showed two codes; P0004 and C1555. The first one P0004 via web searches shows some kind of fuel related code but I can't seem to find the second code. Any ideas what these two codes mean? I did a reset and codes cleared but I am wondering what the root cause was.

I had the CEL on my 2019 i3S and my car was only a few weeks old and only had a few hundred miles. I was bummed that a 2019 model is still experiencing this issue from 2014 and 2015.

Fault codes showed that BMW had to replace the fuel vent valve and my carbon/charcoal filter was saturated with gasoline :( I told them our garage at home actually had a very strong gasoline smell. Kind of crazy this occurred on a brand new '19! But, BMW gave me a new X3 loaner and the work took 2.5 days (they had to get parts). CEL is off and let's hope it stays that way!
