I have had my i3 REX for 3 years now and have always insured with BMW. However, this year they are trying to increase the price by more that 50% from £308 to £485!!! - no Ive not had any claims!
As the car is on lease from BMW I have always felt more comfortable using the BMW insurer so that they should be no problems with any repairs. Given their apparent blatant attempt to steal from me I am considering changing to another company. Anyone in UK have any experience with making a claim and insisting that the insurer uses BMW for the repairs?
