i remote app not functioning recently in Canada

I've been using i remote app to preconditioning my i3. I really like it, especially during the winter time. However, it stopped working recently. The status shows the request has been sent to the server. But the server cannot send to my car. Anyone in Canada has the same issue? This is not limited to the preconditioning function. All other functions that need to send to vehicle are affected.

The iRemote does have its ups and downs. It's known that it may go out of service for a few days.

Having said that, I have not experienced a malfunction of the iRemote recently.

Is your car parked in an area with cellular reception?

I parked at the usual spots, work and home. So cellular reception shouldn't be the issue.
