Hmmm... I just clicked on the link and it worked for me. Maybe you have to be logged in or a member of that facebook group? Sorry about that.
 
That is private group, the name is BMW i3 Worldwide Group, if you join the link should work.

I had also seen another thread on that Facebook group about the possibility of using the space saver spare from a Mercedes slk 2005-2011. In the photos it appears to fit easily in the back of the i3.
