The rex kick in marker ?

You can do that via coding. The default is 6% you can go as high as 15%

If you have managed to make the REx engine automatically start at the marker's higher charge level, please detail how you did this. Some REx drivers have managed to move the marker via coding but their REx engines don't start at the marker's higher charge level.
 
The goal should be to never run the REx! The original 6% was a path to that end, and is still true in all markets. Enabling higher levels on longer trips, or trips to things like city centers has merit, and is why it's there, but that's a trip-by-trip decision, and not automatic.
