19" 428 Wheel Swap

Hi, I am contemplating swapping my 428 19" wheels for a set of 20" as I like the design better.

They are all facing in the right direction on both sides and are in mint condition. Tyre's have plenty of life in them. is there much difference in 20's compared to 19"

Anyone in London area has the same idea?

20" will ride stiffer. I've not heard of a 20" all-season tire, so you'd be on summer tires, and while it may not snow in London (at least often!), it does get cold, and an all-season may be better. A summer tire gets pretty slippery when it gets cold out and is likely useless if there's any ice or snow on the road.
