Hi Forum members

I just got my first i3 - 4yr old 60ah with Rex and so just joined this forum.

As is often the case for me I find myself sitting on the side bolstering of the driver's seat, where any strong ridges are uncomfortable for my thighs. I guess I must have wider-than-normal hips (I'm 6'4" I guess I need wide hips for extra stability!).

Although there isnt much bolstering in the i3 seat there is still a hard plastic ridge at the outer edges (still underneath the seat cover) which presumably stops the seat foam from splaying outward over time, offering some support. But for me this is proving uncomfortable. It's not part of the structural integrity of the seat thankfully so keen to know if it can be removed.

Has anyone taken their i3 covers off and/or had any modifications made?
