No idea if BMW has a Russian language menu available. If so, it may be required to be reprogrammed by a dealer if it's not available from the settings menu.

As to the maps...that's a bit easier. The easiest is to have a dealer do it, but it is not all that hard to do it yourself. Depending on when and where the vehicle was purchased, you may need to purchase an unlock code for the vehicle, but the maps themselves are free. Once you have the code and the map data, you plug in a properly setup USB drive into the console's port, and the computer will then ask if you want to update the maps. You say yes, it will ask for the FSB (unlock) code, you enter that, and then the upload starts. It may end up being on multiple sections, or may all fit onto one drive. Once done, it will ask you to shut the car off. When you turn it back on, it will reboot with the new map data.

Initially, a car from the American market. We have craftsmen, reprogram it into Russian and update maps for Ukraine.
