Hey there!

I was wondering about how the regeneration of the active charcoal canister works in the i3. The issue here is obviously that it can be operated in pure electric drive for a long period without running the engine at all. Since the purge flow depends on the engine running and the canister has to be regenerated from time to time due to refueling and vapors escaping when the sealed tank is depressurized, how does this work? Or do you know where I can find information on it?

Kind regards

I wonder if the fact that the i3 REx pressurizes the fuel tank might limit the ability of various components to outgas, and thus, limit that need.
