Rear bumper sag, anyway to do DIY repair? (photo link added)

Hit something when backed out. tried my best to push it back but still cannot as flush as original. Any suggestion, please?

You've probably broken a clip on the bumper where it connects with the rest of the bodywork. Would suggest trying to remove entire bumper for a closer look. I haven't removed a bumper on an i3 before but assume it's straight forward once you know where locating bolts/screws are. Only difficulty will be rear parking sensor wiring.
 
IF the i3's locking tabs are like their other cars', if you have broken one of the tabs, the only viable solution is a new bumper cover. It looks like you've over stressed the plastic and maybe stretched it a bit. Probably the safest approach would be to remove the bumper cover, check for structural damage, and maybe try to pop it back out.
