October residuals question

I'm looking to lease an i3 this month and after looking on bmwusa I can see that residual for 36mo/10k is 53%, however I keep reading about a 7% residual bump, is that included in the 53% or in addition to that making it 60% for this month?

Also does anyone know the residual for 24mo/10,12 or 15k?
