Curious to see what you guys think and give an idea on where lease pricing was at end of quarter.

MSRP: $56,395
Cash Price inclusive of taxes and fees: $46,212.19
Residual: 58% ($32,709.10)

36 month / 10,000 a year
Money Factor: 0.00140
Cash Down: First Month's Payment only

They also paid over KBB Private Party excellent for my trade.

On the surface it looks good but it really depends on the incentives you got.
Did you get a corporate discount or similar ?
Who's your dealer ?

I'd have to know your exact build to know for sure, but it looks like you got it for about $500 over invoice not including incentives. That's a "skinny deal" for the dealer and a great deal for you. Congratulations.

Who's your dealer ?

Dealer is BMW of Dallas. I think it was the product of good timing as I got it at the very end of the day on the last day of the month / last day of the quarter. I can't recommend them enough -- my second car with them but I think I admittedly got a better deal this time. :)

Exact build:

2017 i3 REX
Protonic Blue (C01)
Upholstery: NHFC

Double Spoke 430s
Comfort Access
Reverse Camera
Seat Heating Driver / Passenger
Oak Dark Matte Wood Trim
Parking Distance Control
LED Headlamps
Driving Assistant Plus

Parking Assistant Package
Harman Kardon Premium Audio
Navigation

In that cash price I had $1,094 in taxes and fees + of course the $925 (or whatever it is) lease acquisition fee.

So what is the payment per month that you have now , if I may ask .

I had close to your numbers but put Zero down nothing out of my pocket for my deal last year and my payment $362.97 for 30 months and dealer paid first month payment when I did my deal.
