Am I reading this range display correctly?

Shopping for an i3. Am I right interpreting this as the battery nearly 75% charged and only 32 miles range expected?

Based on the previous 18-miles or so of use, yes. Now, the car could have been sitting with the a/c cranked up to high and not moving while someone played with the car, or, they did a bunch of max acceleration tests, or, they played at an autocross, all of which would skew the 'normal' operation. That readout is a guess based on the previous use, which, if you don't know what that is, could be way off from what would happen if you were to drive and use it sanely.

Or, the battery is shot. If that's the case, if it has less than 100K-miles and is less than 8-years old, will be fixed under warranty.

The outside temp shows 80-degrees, but if it's cold outside and it was sitting out there for awhile, requiring heat, especially if it is a REx which uses resistance heaters, that will suck up a lot of power and range.

Bottom line, the readout is telling you something, but without some history, it may not indicate any problem.

Just skip it and look further. From experience, I wouldn't be able to drive the GOM of my 2015 BEV to go this low even if I drain my full battery at constant 85 mph under subfreezing temperature and headwind conditions. Don't count on the warranty either, just check several related threads here, you don't want this trepidation.
