Roof mounted solar panel

A roof mounted solar panel that would trickle charge the battery to overcome auxillary syetems losses whilst parked and run the fan to keep the interior cooler during hot days reducing the a/c cooling requirement on return and reducing heat exposure to the interior components.

You could probably run a ventilation fan, but as others have said in other threads, it would be very hard to get the 400vdc on a small panel like that to do any significant main battery charging, and it would be a bit more complex to charge the small 12vdc battery from a panel without protection circuits for the 400-12vdc dc-dc converter in the car already (that runs while driving and while charging the vehicle to separately recharge the 12vdc electronics battery).
