BMW, please to take some consideration to install a TEC within the Rex engine area. recently i was on a cross country tour with the Rex on and noticed there was a lot of heat out put. it could be recycled back into electric energy with a simple TEC.

Getting above 360vdc to be able to recharge the batteries would likely not be cost effective. Now, potentially using some of that heat during the winter for heating the vehicle, could save current draw.

Does anyone have an electric diagram of the i3? It
would be good to read where and what draws the current.

The only thing I've read is that the electronics are powered by a small 12vdc battery in the front of the vehicle, and everything else is run off of the 360vdc main battery pack. If you find a more detailed description or diagram, please post it!

Hello I'm new here and hope to get a i3 with REX this September.

I'm very curious on how the High-voltage system is working.

Does anyone have an electric diagram of the i3?

I did some research on my own and came up with a diagram.

Now I'm looking for some confirmation.

So, if somebody has more information please PM me or post a link :)
