When the i3 is left out on a hot day I get a noise like a fan blade rubbing on something. If I press down on the trim on the window sill of the RHS (driver side in Australia) suicide door the noise changes or goes away until I stop pressing down
It seems to be related to the windows being up as if I wind them down the noise goes away.
Only happens when the car is left out in the heat (>25 deg C)

Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm wondering what's behind the trim on the suicide door that's causing the noise

Found the problem
The door rubber had become dislodged and was rubbing on Thea motor inside the suicide door
