Re: 20" rims

Re: So the interior door handle just broke

When ours snapped I rang the dealer and he knew the issue and ordered the part ready for our next visit to the area, under warranty.

Re: So the interior door handle just broke

Re: How often long should I run Rex?

I picked six months without any scientific facts. Is six months a good interval? I had issues with rex, dealership asked to run it once a month long enough that gas is recycled within 3 months. I have been practicing that for a year so far no issue except there is that feeling of guilt for pollutin...

Re: Improve aerodynamics for better mpK

BTW it has been rather windy today when I drove the car, and I've noticed that the i3 is very wind sensitive.... This is something I hear a lot from i3 owners, but I can honestly say ours is very stable at high speed (70 mph) in very high winds including crosswinds, they get very strong down here. ...

Re: Improve aerodynamics for better mpK

Re-opening this topic... I believe the front of the i3 could have been made more aerodynamic by the BMW engineers. If you look at the area between the front headlights and "kidneys", it is not a very smooth surface...in fact air will flow between the headlight and kidney and be trapped under the fr...

Re: High Beams

I used these in our i3.......work perfectly but you must aim the main beam correctly, from the factory it appears the high beams are aimed VERY LOW presumable because they are so crap with halogen bulbs, these work without any error codes throwing up, and the beam pattern is good, very much better t...
