Re: Low fuel level warning issue on i3 Rex

The car continued to move with the 20% or so battery range left (it's coded). Coded! I thought that all i3's outside of North America had Hold State of Charge standard so that no coding is necessary. Is that not true? Indeed, you are absolutely right. Funny thing is that, my car is really coded, BU...

Re: Front seats?

My wife and I (with back problems for both of us) find them extremely confortable. Not in a "sofa soft pillow style", but the shape and the "hardness" of the seats are perfect for us. I often drive 2 hours long trips in it and have no problem whatsoever. I'm pretty sure that even for longer trips th...

Re: DYI: Improve your frunk for 5 euros !

Thanks! Too bad shipping is 200% the price of the bin... I will pick one up at my local store, thanks for doing the research! You're welcome :) Concerning the price of the shipping, that's why I bought a couple of stuff at the same time but even though it represents 200% of the box, this is still v...

Re: No more i3

It is just such a fun car to drive that it became without any problem our main car. I would say that as long you don't have to do long commutes on highway everyday, it's the perfect car. Otherwise it might be a bit tiresome as I agree with the over sensitive steering wheel at high speed. But that fe...

Re: Low fuel level warning issue on i3 Rex

I experienced myself last week to run out of gas while I was on the highway, and I can assure you that nothing happened. The car continued to move with the 20% or so battery range left (it's coded). Besides the soft rumbling that stopped, I could have not noticed it at all.

Fully transparent.

Re: Comfort mode

There IS a way to program it to a certain mode, it is just one simple setting change you can make when coding the vehicle. I currently have mine set to start in ECO PRO mode for the same reasons you all stated, but it can be set to start in any of the three modes. Is it in the manual how to change ...
