Re: Charging time 2016 60AH

What would be interesting to know is 'For any given EVSE , which power level (kW) is it communicating to the vehicle as it's MAXIMUM Allowable ? ' . 30 Amps is close to our i3's maximum but if the EVSE doesn't allow our maximum then which power level will our i3 step down to ? The ChargePoint statio...

Re: Rear Wheels on Front Anyone?

You can/should ask an alignment technician but maybe (if they will fit) a 10mm spacer would position the centers of the 5.5s in the same place as the original 5.0s . That might be the best choice but you must determine how much clearance that gives and the risks if that clearance is too small .

I was able to switch to the new 'Connected' app . A new account might need to be created then the vehicle can be added through the app .

I believe that the new app has everything that the iRemote had .

Once the account was created then I was able to add my car using the last 7 characters of the VIN . I would suggest ...

Re: Trunk lock stopped latching today.

Is it possible that the latch has closed before the hatch has come down . If that was the case then the latch would just hit the catch bar . You could try the unlatch button at the driver's seat or on the hatch itself just to check .

Re: USB Audio - Clipping

Can you give more details as to the model of iPod and the root level of audio file that is being played . That is to say , although a file might be .wav or another lossless type , it could have been derived from a lower level source code .

Re: Range reduction in cold weather

This is what I want to suggest . I think that , perhaps , only the voltage of the battery is being used to calculate the SOC . It seems clear , however , that the temperature of the battery is also a factor in determining how much charge it is holding . The temperature of the battery is available . ...

Re: Winter wheel/tire fitment 2018 i3s

I agree with Jim . Here is one suggestion . If front tires are not centered on or near the turn axis of the front suspension (as originally engineered) then each side has a 'pull' to it . If the tires are centered outside the axis then each would pull to it's own side . As long as the two 'pull' for...
