Can they do that? I've signed a contract to buy their car and certain services that come with it. I've paid them cash for that 6 years ago, I expect them to keep their end of the bargain. Apparently they think they can - all of the 'new' connected service offerings come up as 'not available for you...

How can we tell what telematic unit is in the vehicle. My 2017 REX is early in the production year.

I could not extend the eDrive package on my 2017 REX. I called BMW and all I could get was the Connected Drive bundle which includes remote access, door locking etc. I am not sure what functions I lose in the new bundle. I did not renew their advanced traffic package. I am not sure if I lose the sta...

I have brought my 2017 i3 REX still under warranty into the dealer for routine brake service and did not de-acrivate or reverse any changes made through Bimmercode, including automatic folding mirrors. Nothing was mentioned. Even my 12 Volt battery was replaced under warranty and the changes stuck. ...
