Re: Lost Memory Buttons For A Day; Does i3 Have Memory Mirrors?

This all makes sense, thanks. I found the three profilers in iDrive. They're all named (------) with no obvious ways to edit. But at least I know where they're stored. all but guest should be renamable. there is a gear icon to the right that allows renaming. You could try reset all to default setti...

Re: Lost Memory Buttons For A Day; Does i3 Have Memory Mirrors?

So i just read through the driver profile section of the manual, when changing profiles via the idrive, it will reassign the profile to the active fob which is the one used to unlock the driver door.

only the guest account wont activate the fob change.

Re: Lost Memory Buttons For A Day; Does i3 Have Memory Mirrors?

I may be telling you something you already know, under the assumption the idrives are same from yours ti mine, but I have 4 driver profiles to choose from in the menu for selection (3 BMW drivers and 1 guest). I drive about 75 miles weekdays HOV highway round-trip on a 94Ah, but don't have a home 220v charger yet, ...

Re: Potenza S001 tires instead of Ecopia EP500?

I am probably the worst person to ask about battery range effect! I have access to a free L2 charger near work, so I don't really pay too much attention, other than determining whether I can go two days or three days between charging. [I am devoting way too many brain cycles to figure out if ...

Re: Potenza S001 tires instead of Ecopia EP500?

Mounted the 215/45-20 and 195/50-20 Bridgestone Potenza S001 tires on the stock 2019 431 i3s wheels. No fitment issues. The S001 tires are each about 2 pounds heavier than the Ecopia EP500 tires. The EP500 are, of course, narrower. Also, it seems the EP500s have more flexible (thinner?) sidewalls. ...
