Re: Potenza S001 tires instead of Ecopia EP500?

I have been on the S001 tires so long, I can't remember what the stock Ecopia tires felt like. Maybe that means no meaningful difference in ride quality. Definitely less understeer with the S001s, which could be due to a combination of wider and stickier rubber up front. Maybe less tramlining on gr...

Re: How many Screen sizes are there, can I upgrade ???

As far as I'm aware, there are just the two NAV screens - the standard, and the wider-screen Professional. I think people are just measuring differently. some are measuring the screen size, and some the full bezel size. Good point, I checked my large screen size, the overall full bezel size is 12" ...

Our 2015 BMW i3 put ITSELF into neutral, anyone know why ?

Our 2015 BMW i3 put ITSELF into neutral, anyone know why ?

We had just left the house and drove up a small hill, towards the top the i3 put ITSELF into neutral.

Has anyone had this happen ?

Our warranty ends this month so I'd love to know if this is leading to a bigger issue or not.

Re: Fed up with my 94ah REX - 6 weeks!!

27,500 miles would have been ~1600 gallons of gas in our cars, which, at 93 octane pricing, =~$5250. That's another point to consider :D Figuring 12,000 miles per year, and average 93 octane gas at $2.50, average economy car mileage @ 25 miles per gallon, that's $1,200 per year, minus the approxima...

Re: BMW to build i3 until 2024

True, but a big (and unknowable) part of the equation is commonly held perceptions. People "know" what a car is supposed to look like, and an i3 doesn't fit that vision. I purposely didn't even consider an i3 initially. (a) I'm no a fan of the Panda (b) it's small (c) it's an expensive and unreliab...
