Fast forward/reverse of MP3 track

I have not been able to figure out how to fast forward or reverse through an MP3 track. Sometimes I want to go back 10 seconds or so and replay. Does anyone know how to do this? I'm really hoping it is possible.

If UK far right of the memory buttons above the climate controls < > buttons.

Same as in the US. Press once to go to the next or previous track, hold down to fast-forward or reverse.

For next track I always use the wheel on the RHS of the steering wheel.

Thanks to all. I guess I didn't notice those buttons since they are so far away for us with left hand drive vehicles. I'd have like them closer (on the far left side) for easier reach. Do I sense a bit of Right Hand Drive Centrism here on the part of BMW?
