My beloved little 2019 i3S was surrendered on Monday 12/16. BMW handled the buyback so professionally and kindly. The Rep. met me at my local dealer, returned my down payment in full (with a little extra and they cancelled my lease.
I will greatly miss my i3S, but after 3 major repairs to the Range Extender beginning in week 1 of ownership, seatbelt warnings and countless rattles and terrible interior noises..., BMW did the right thing and bought it back.
I am very impressed with BMW customer service. Great company!
