Noticed, the Rex numbers for EPA fuel economy keep going down
from
2016 -39
2017 - 35
2019- 31

I am very curious why i3 Rex is the only NEW fuel efficient car in USA with missing separate numbers for Highway and City
Perhaps we can pull them numbers from some other country or WLTP ???? separate for city and highway

It looks like the EPA no longer lists separate City and Highway ratings for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles.

https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/PowerSearch.do?action=noform&year1=2019&year2=2021&vtype=Plug-in+Hybrid&srchtyp=newAfv&pageno=1&sortBy=Comb&tabView=0&rowLimit=100

To get a rough idea of the numbers you can look at the equivalent BEV model:
https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/PowerSearch.do?action=noform&path=1&year1=2012&year2=2021&make=BMW&baseModel=i3&srchtyp=ymm&pageno=1&sortBy=Comb&tabView=0&rowLimit=25

For example, a 2017 94 Ah BEV has:
Combined: 118
City: 129
Highway: 106

The 2017 94 Ah REx has a Combined rating of 111, about 6% lower due to the weight of the REx. I would expect the City and Highway ratings to be down about the same 6% so something like City: 121 and Highway: 100.
