So I have 2014 Rex, and I’m led to believe that they suffer with Rex problems more so than the newer Rex’s, so it will go into emissions mode 8 times out of 10 and once it’s running I can Rev it up and down till I get bored, engine bay fan runs well too, replaced the fuel pump fuse with a solid state one ( with Led telltale), but when I drive off and have engine fails every time, fault codes are missfire on either/both cylinders and have so called engine timing issues, been to bmw for injectors/ inlet manifold/plugs/coil packs,
Anyone had experience of Rex faults ??

The fuel pump relay is a good shout but could be the NOx sensor too, or indeed any other number of things. What are exact error codes?

If you're planning to hold on to the car, then get a copy of ISTA+, saves on dealer diagnostics and $150-200 each visit.

So BMW replaced injectors, coil pack and sparks, yes?
