Question about Rex emissions warranty

Fri Mar 29, 2019 9:35 am

While reading the warranty information on my 2016 i3 Rex, I noticed a reference to a federal emissions warranty (not a warranty for California vehicles) covering the Rex's auxiliary power unit for 10/15 years or 150,000 miles. What does the federal emissions warranty specifically cover?
The warranty coverage is not clear from the BMW materials I reviewed . Thanks

All vehicles sold in the USA are required to have certain emissions warranties by the Federal Government. Sometimes, you may need a lawyer to interpret what the thing says.
