Activate Climate Control not working

I literally just bought my 2015 with REX two days ago. Before today, I was able to activate climate control.

Today when I needed to charge my car, it would not activate. .. the checkbox wouldn’t check.

Tried to do it through the app and although it said “successful” it was still hot.

Not sure if that’s possible. Does that mean I can’t sit in my car and charge at the same time without feeling like I’m in a sauna?

On Sunday, my wife and I nearly roasted before I figured it out. I dug through the "Driver's Guide" app and eventually located the buried checkbox:

Menu-> Setting-> Climate-> [ ] Activate comfort climate control

That turned on the AC while parked/charging. It didn't seem to slow down the charging to any significant degree. When we started charging, the predicted completion time was 16:01. Even after turning the AC on, estimated completion time eventually DROPPED to 15:59.

While I was on the menu page, I assigned it to Button 6.
