Had a big water spill in the back of my i3 that left stains on the Giga world wool fabric of the rear seats. Does anyone know how to remove the rear seats so it can be shampooed and dry properly, without losing use of the car? Thanks.

Add me to the list. I want to remove the rear seat to save weight. I can only imagine I will hear REx louder with the seat removed when it does kick on but so be it.

The bottom cushion just pulls up and then out. Getting it back in is a little trickier as you have to thread the seatbelts into the right position. There are just spring clips holding it in place. It is fairly clear if you go to one of the parts breakdown sites (can't remember the name right now). There's a moderate amount of electronics underneath, so you really don't want to spill liquids there!
