Has anyone taken apart the dash display (not the headunit display, but the one ahead of the steering wheel? There seems to be dust inside mine, not sure if there was a way to clean it. Once you see it... it cannot unseen.
No, but I checked with a flashlight and saw some dust (and found the ambient light sensor there for both displays - not sure what the one by the A/C controls does). The dust does not show up under normal use though. I would be careful since you could damage the LCD if it's glued to the screen and might make the dust worse by opening it up.
