BMW Smart Charging App

Wasn't this supposed to be available to all i3 owners in 2015? How do we get the promocode to activate it?

Hint: on the BMW i Remote app under settings (gear icon) look towards the bottom for a link to BMW Smart Charging which takes you to a web page requesting a login that then requests a promocode.

If you live somewhere that does not have off-peak rates it is useless. Luckily I live in such a place, not that it matters much I typically charge at work for free.

Whenever I click on the link to go get the app I web page not found.
