Hi All, I'm looking at a 2014/15 i3 as a run around car.

I am keen to get the REx version to improve the usability of the car and also the DC Rapid Charge option.

I have read in a few posts/forums that DC charge prep comes as standard on the 2015 and newer versions, is this true? Or was this just for US models as I've also read?

It's a pain dealing with garages that don't really know what i'm referring too and i'm not keen to travel 150+ miles to find out it hasn't got it.

Thanks

The DC Fast Charging option (4U7) was optional in the US only for 2014, it became standard in 2015.

In Canada the 4U7 was optional from 2014 to 2016.
