5 days ago my BMW app stopped getting updates from the vehicle.
Today after trying to diagnose the issue on my own. I was informed by iConnect services, that my 2015 was not eligible to update to 4G. There was no path way through BMW to update the receiver to the current communications.
I just acquired the i3 in December, the dealership neglected to inform me of this. But is guess they will say this is part of the AS-IS purchase process. So at this time I am taking a few things in consideration.
IF you have any alternatives or have any helpful recommendations. I look forward to receiving them.
