Seat belt error and headlight level?

Wonder if anyone could help me with following 2 issues:
1. Seat belt light is constantly ON on the dash. Where to start looking?
2. During repairs, we took the headlights out and now once installed back, the beam is too hight. Keep upsetting my neighbours when driving home in dark. There must be a way to level them?

Is there anyone local to Reading that could check the error codes and maybe that would tell me where to start with seatbelt issue? Also maybe possible to level the headlights

There is one vertical and one horizontal adjustment screw toward the rear of each headlight.
