If anyone ever come across any of the following error codes? Would appreciate any inputs.
21E705 Power management: Cyclical recharge not successful
222849 Charge management Function: stationary cooling not possible
2018 i3s with 40K miles

With your 12 V battery being more than 4 years old, the first thing I'd do is measure the 12 V battery's resting voltage or have it tested. If the battery's voltage drops too low during the starting sequence before the high-voltage system turns on, all sorts of unrelated spurious diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) can be set.
