Wallbox pro

Wed Jun 08, 2016 12:20 pm

hi I have just had a wallbox pro fitted and I know it can delivery over 7kwh but I've noticed it's only charging at 2.1kwh. Does anyone have any ideas why, there's only a tv, small freezer and a fridge freezer. So not much else drawing lots of electricity, I've tried charging during the day and at t time both same?
Also do the wallbox pro have built in wifi?

Make sure the settings in the car are set to MAX. Also note, in some markets, the KLE is optional, extra cost, so that would limit those cars without it to about 3.5Kw. Depending on how discharged the battery is and its temperature, it may not charge at the maximum rate.

The EVSE announces to the car that it has a maximum of 30/32A available, so it also depends somewhat on the voltage supplied, as power = volts * amps.

Hi yes I've checked both options in the car are set to max, I thinks it's that the power management hasn't been set
