Hay guys.
I'm a new member of I3 Forum live in South- Korea.
My i3 SOL+ was manufactured Oct. 2015 and start running June. 2016.
Since 5 months ago, some noise has been happened at the rear side.
At first, i just thought that the noise caused by cold weather under -4 Celsius.
However, recent is spring season that very worm, but unpleasant noise still evoked.
Especially, When departing situation like perfectly stop and acceling (When the motor start to moving) the sound like when moving seesaw or swings, some like metallic friction?!?!
Due to this sound i upgrade my i3 software at BMW- technician center and check the car. but they didn't solve the problem. Wonder if the sound caused by motor mount bolt, So i request to change it. but they rejected my claim.
In south korea case, BMW i3 not much sold that definitely shortage of i3 specialist technician. So, i have to prove those kind of things why it caused or which part having a problem.
so, please give some advice.
Thank you.
