Autmobile Mag's October issue (red Infinity on cover) has a chatty "Electric Weekend--226 electric miles through Silicon Valley in an i3" article. Worth reading, but not very informative, except about the area and its history. Tech-wise they appreciate it and say it's head and shoulders above the rest, except for the Tesla.
Couple of interesting stats: ChargePoint charge$ (nationally) 18 cents-per hour, i.e. about 20 miles of range and equates to less than a penny per mile for energy. The typical American sedan drinks more than 14 cents per mile.
Mostly a soft interest story, but worth the time to read.
