If I recall correctly there are also some clamps for the glove box trim as well, but you are correct. It was a little touch-and-go removing the pieces due to the clamps being pretty tight. I had to use a screwdriver for leverage and scratched the surround back plastic up a bit in doing so...

Yup, that's correct. I already had the LED option for the main lights. That one is much more complicated with lenses so not too sure about upgrading from a standard to LED. For the turn signals I found these through a Facebook discussion and purchased them through Amazon:

All dealers can oder and install the part. You don't even need the car yet to do so. Parts department and i3 then they will look through a catalog to find the part #. I personally had it done at Newport Beach Sterling BMW.

I have the Mega World as well and had SiriusXM installed afterward. All i3's are preinstalled with the proper hardware and you just have to pay a couple hundred dollars for them to install software to activate it.

What your dealer told you is false. You can go to the parts department and they can look up the part number and order wood trim. No need to order extra brackets or anything like that. Good luck!
