Hi David, Hopefully you should be in luck - I spoke to an iGenius online at the weekend and they advised that dealers should be able to spec and order the new car. It took a bit of pushing of the dealer to check - but it was the case and I was able to make an order for the new model this week.

Interesting to see you doing a good deal. UK dealers are telling me BMW are not discounting a single penny on new cars in the UK (outside of the government grant / EV incentive). I am holding out for a 2017 - but I was also being told no discounts on the the current model.
