Assuming that the i3 has a standard camera input on the head unit, any competent car audio shop should be able to attach a backup camera and have it display when you put the car in reverse. With that said, I have no idea if the i3 has a standard camera on the head unit.

Unfortunately no. I have an account that is pretty much only used for things such as this and company complaints when complaining via twitter didn't work.

I would suggest posting your pic on the i3 facebook group. It has a larger following, including a few BMW service techs.

I'm fairly sure that order tracking via website is only allowed for the US. Probably because we are known to be a somewhat impatient lot...heh. I do believe that you can call BMW customer support and get the same info from a representative in most countries.
