    Changes for 2015 model

Sorry you are so oblivious......You hit many...I hit none...don't know what to tell you. Quit worrying about the "average" EV buyer...it's not any different than other "average" buyers. Like you are an expert in "average buyers". Anyhow, enough of this forum. When I first got my BEV, I had...

    Changes for 2015 model

LOL...that's just a tad overdramatic. The sidewalls on the 20s are no worse (in fact, they are nowhere near as thin as for instance my '11 Z4 rims) than a TON of sports/sporty cars on the market. I myself have been driving cars with these "small" sidewalls for god-knows how long, and have never...

Annoying Things I Hate After 3 Weeks With My New i3 ReX

LOL..you were very clear....If mine was off..it stays off....if it was on with A/C at 68 with fan speed middle - it stays that way. Now, my '11 Z4, that's another story - it does that trick.

Nope...my seems to remember the setting also.

how many with zero i3 problems?

Isn't the KLE issue related to the L2 Charging (220v)? Mine had the one A/C inoperative issue, fixed quickly with the software patch. Other than that, 5000 miles with no other problems.

    iTunes playlist to i3

Yep, that must be iTunes related, as my favorites from Windows (Windows Media Player?) playlists moved over no problem.

    19" or 20" wheels?

OMG...you guys are something.... I have driven on nothing (OK...except my pickup) but NON "cold weather/crappy weather tires" for years, and years, with no problems, on many cars (corvette, z4, sl55 amg, clk500, etc., etc.). If you feel the need to swap tires, good for you. For some of us...it's...

    19" or 20" wheels?

LOL...some of us actually just bought the 20 in wheel style because we think they look better! And I live in Northern California where we don't have to worry about that silly "winter" tire problem :P

    Speedometer Inaccurate?

Every BMW I have owned (at least 6 of them) have had this quirk. I think the anomaly would be if I had a BMW with an accurate speedo!

    Charging the BMW i3 from a 110 V/230 V socket

Wow...All I use is the occasional charger (110v), and with my measurements (kill-a-watt, and couple others devices), I have never seen worse than 85%.

    i3 Software Update (USA)

Hehehe...I was just going with the stereotype...Though that probably goes to the point that any car can have problems. Especially "Bleeding Edge" (yes, I use that term too) tech.

+++1! You want no problems? Buy a Camry/Civic/Etc.

Light around the plug in door, goes completly dark

+1 to this. If I want to check that it is charging, I open the door (or with fob in pocket just touch door handle), or just look at the charger itself.

    i3 Software Update (USA)

Hehehe...the good ol days. My first hard drive was a "Davong" (can't believe I can still remember the name) 5MB for $1500! And it had to be replaced around every 6-8 months because the bearings in the drive would go bad.....

    i3 Software Update (USA)

Uhhh, so you are saying you should be able to "blow up parts" knowing there is a design deficiency at the moment, and it is BMW's responsibility to pay for you continually "blowing them up"?? Wow....... I'm really lost here. A brand-new design car has a design defect, which BMW says they are...
