    Test Drive

It seems that the noise isn't present on all i3's with 20s. I have a November build i3 with 20's that doesn't have the sound, but I distinctly noticed it during 2 test drives on other cars with earlier build dates. There may have been something changed with the tires at some point to eliminate...

    wear and tear?

Typically the tire coverage only covers damage, not normal use. So you'll have to pay for new tires unless you "accidentally" run over a bed of nails near the end of your tire life. I'd make sure I understood exactly what is and isn't covered.

    wear and tear?

Likely not worth it, but the real answer depends... how much are they asking for the coverage? Odds are they are asking far more than it's worth.

Why the i3 Should Fare Well in a Small Offset Crash

One other design element I didn't see them mention are the injection molded honeycomb pieces just behind the front tires mounted to the body. They help absorb and distribute the load into the life module to prevent point loading in case the wheel is pushed into the wheel well during a front...

What should be target discount on 2014-proposal included

When I was searching in Atlanta in December, $5K off was the starting point from most dealers for a car with that MSRP. However, at the time there was a $2K "Innovation Credit", which I believe is only $500 now. So given that, $5K isn't bad but I think you can do better given some patience...

    2015 vs. 2014?

Not really. They made DC Fast Charge and Heated seats standard and raised the MSRP by that amount. Tera and Giga trims are $200 cheaper. So a fully optioned 2015 Giga or Tera will be $200 cheaper MSRP than a 2014. A 2015 with the options you listed comes to $55,850 on the BMW USA site. You are...

    Owner's Choice quotes quite high...

In Atlanta try David Attal at Global Imports or Dimitri Gossieaux at United BMW Roswell. Both great to work with. You can get better than the advertised special at United. I bought mine from David at Global only because United didn't have what I wanted. Most quotes I got for highly optioned...

    Options

The Tech package was the only real must have for me after test driving i3's both with and without Tech. The beautiful wide screen and the ability to do split screen really made it a required feature for me. If you like to listen to music, the HK upgrade is worth the money IMO. The stock system...

What do you think about this deal?

It's now $129, but still not that good of a deal. Besides the fact they are making you put down $12.5K... If you read the fine print, that offer is based on a Mega they have in stock with heated seats as the only option. That price also does not include GA TAVT, which is going to add another...

Anyone need some All Weather Mats?

I'm also interested in some all weather mats if anyone has some they are looking to get rid of.

Need Help on a lease in Georgia

It might be that the $2K BMW Holiday credit on the BEV is no longer available. I'm not seeing it on the BMW website. The deal you were offered is way higher than anything I've seen, but the lack of the Holiday credit might explain it. For reference on New Year's Eve I got a Tera nearly loaded...

    Leasing the i3

Norm, looks like you got yours at United BMW Roswell I assume? They look like they are running some good specials right now. Your deal looks even better than the advertised one @ $139/month (plus GA TAVT) with $12.5K down. Care to share what your final payment numbers looked like? I'm looking at...
