decided to take a drive up in the hills today yea cruising up hwy 9 the battery % and range were really dropping fast came down page mill road which is steep and windy i gained 4.5% battery capacity regen braking on the way down first time ive actually experienced the range and battery %...

not everything is always and only about money

the rex was worthless during the 2 years i leased it just bought a cpo bev a few weeks ago for a stupid cheap price ... very happy with it so far i only charge in the garage L1 120V reduced ~8A because like you i dont drive far and dont care about longer charging times L1 max ~14A almost...

dc fast charging is a novelty since even here in silicon valley they are few and far between i charge L1 reduced (~8A) exclusively in the garage with no problems

i got a certified pre owned cpo car for the same price with slightly higher miles in like new condition with 2 years warranty. the bmw dealers are full of lease return deals now ... i think you could do better. color also matters ... they had a better deal/ higher optioned/ lower mile/ cheaper...

did just that yesterday down to 0 miles range / 2% battery life experienced mushy throttle response also noticed if i sit for a few minutes a small amount of range seemed to return :lol:

just did 96.2 miles on a charge with this (new to me) used cpo 2014 bev with 26K miles steady 62 mph on the freeway flat did experience a little mushy accelerator pedal at the end 8-)
