Funny as I originally wanted a 2015 BEV, but they wouldn't budge and the 2015 REx was significantly less money to lease than the BEV.

It was a combination of things. The lease rates are incredible right now as BMW is trying to get rid of 2015s (64% residual for a 30mo/10k). It was also just good timing on being able to negotiate a selling price over 17% off MSRP. Got mine at South Bay BMW in Torrance. Let me know if you need...

Hmm, not sure how that would be possible since I got $9350 off MSRP (17.4%) but I'm certainly looking forward to seeing your numbers :) Are you not in California? Additional rebates could definitely explain it.
