So we are searching for a new i3 with rex. what we want is white, tech, moonroof, backup camera, Giga 9gray cloth and leather) and the Light Eucalyptus wood trim. I've found a few but with the Dark Oak trim. Anyone change the dash trim? Is it a simple lift and pull deal? I'm sure the glove box...

Looks to me that you have a green light. You are going too have to get an electrician to draw up the installation. I would guess that places that are familiar with these installs should be familiar. I'm about to put one in my garage. This requires a 30 min trip to Lowes for me. Good luck...
