Serious problem with new BMW ConnectedDrive Website (USA)

Yeah, it’s not working for me either, and it hasn’t for several weeks at least. And it’s very hot and muggy here in central Ohio. They expect people to pay money for this service?

Sport Wheels on a 2017 REx

I have 20mm spacers on all four corners of my 2017 i3 BEV with 428 wheels (which I don't really love), and I think it looks great. Is there more stability due to the wider track? I don't know about that, but it seems good and smooth, even in the wind. And there's been no penalty in efficienty...

Used i3 pricing on the rise?

If you look at autotrader.com there are some barely used 2017 94 Ah models in the $28K+ range, some of them even with Rex. (There's a particularly nice looking Giga black BEV with moonroof in Texas.) I just got a '17 BEV myself. And it's not stripped, either -- Tech and Driver Assistant...

A few moments after starting the i3 there is a hissing sound that last for 2-3 seconds - what is that?

My current ICE BMW makes a similar sound, but it's not very prominent because the engine mostly drowns it out.

How much more are these going to depreciate?

Honestly, I think the biggest factor in depreciation (in the US at least) is the availability of EV incentives. i3 purchasers in Southern California can get $7,500 from the federal government, $2,500 from the state, and $10,450 more from their electric utility company. That makes a $55,000 car...
