    Just an anecdote, bought my 2017 Bev a few weeks ago and am getting 150mi consistently on a full charge driving 65mph with HVAC off and ACC engaged in Eco pro mode. I'm in SoCal.

    I think it's a safe bet that all 2017 sold in the US are 94ah. Go with what Vin decoder have.

    If it's your first EV then it's a steep learning curve. I'd suggest starting off with a used spark EV or a leaf.

    That's not the "problem" I'm having currently... Currently I'm dealing with the recuperation energy of +60mi/kwh for a driving distance of usually 10-20mi :o :lol:

    Discrepancy in estimated range between guess-o-meter in car and Connected Drive app

    I just go by the SOC %. In my 2017 BEV, and based on my driving style and settings, every 20% drop in SOC represents a driven distance of +30mi. I've gone +150mi on a full charge many times at 65mph, eco pro mode, ACC on, and hvac off.

    New i3 Owner

    Just drove home a 2017 protonic blue i3 BEV with parking assistant, technology and drive assistant packages (i guess the only thing missing is the sunroof?) for $17.5k OTD with my fiat 500e trade-in. Not new to EV cars (have had 3), but im proud to say that I'm now a newly-minted BMW driver :D...

    That's the thing, I've looked at roughly 20 '17 BEVs and VIN decoder show "i3 94 (USA)" on every single one. To show that the VIN decoder isn't busted, I've looked up the VIN for 2016s and of course every single one just shows "i3 (USA)" without the "94". I want to believe that there's no 60Ah...
