I have the problem that I have seen others talk about. Sounds like a small rock is caught in the brakes and thus causing a grinding and screeching noise. Drove it for about 12 miles and then decided to go back home and switch cars.

The i3 concept had them. Loved it.
The production i8 has them as an option. Jealous.
Would love to have this option in the i3! Wonder if you could order the i8 ones as a part and then have them fitted in an i3. I shall definitely be exploring this.
Came across this article suggesting that aluminum-air batteries could be used in place of a petrol REX approach. Interesting.
